Hellooooo everybody and welcome back to the stele family in all of its glory
Last time we left off with this cutie having just aged up into a toddler.
Now, as a loner Orien enjoys spending a good amount of his time alone, so hes kindof the perfect toddler for me, lol
He even feeds himself !
Just kidding of course, haha, we totally always make sure to feed him, 100% ....
Of course, it was lucky that Orien was so independent because most of the other family members spend most of their days away from home
Zebulon and Jac have been bonding over their shared love for the outdoors and spend their free time exploring nearby parks together. At this point the duo had built up a strong best friendship, which is unusual for my parent-child relationships in Sims 3 lol
And the outings always end with the two fishing at any hidden spring they can find
ahahaha, get it?

And if you think we've forgotten about the kitties, let me assure you we haven't. They are just as cute and fluffy as ever
They are also not big fans of the baby noise lol. But they are big fans of each other! Snickers and Elmer were thick as thieves and spent most of their time chasing each other around the property

Ok let's get the attention back to Jac right where it belongs
Jac was invited over to this kid's house after school the next day. His name is Donny Blake and he just so happens to be the son of Daphne and Fred Blake from the mystery gang lol
He and Jac got along famously and before long they had a steady friendship going, built on such principles as mutual appreciation for rock-paper-scissors
Meanwhile, since exiting maternity leave, Sav had been back doing what she did best: work
No one could stand in her way in the pursuit of finding the potato bandit !
Sav's search led her all the way to the local gym where she began interviewing potential informants. No one and nothing could stop her indeed, she was on a roll !
And then Sav glanced across the gym and saw someone she'd never expected to see in person: the simstagram simfluencer, Francisca Marlow !
Sav couldn't help herself, she ran across the gym to ask Francisca for an autograph and was pleasantly surprised when the simfluencer was warm and kind
Sav told a joke and Francisca laughed.
And if you're wondering why Francisca looks different, she did indeed get a makeover from this frame to last you little observant reader, you
As we all know, Sav is not the best at making friends but in that moment, her and Francisca hit it off. The simleb gave Sav her number and told her she'd be in touch
I'd say our gal was pretty proud of herself lmao
But Sav wasn't the only one making a best friend as Jac and Donny were always together these days
This time his dad, Fred Blake, accompanied him just in time to watch Savvie puke all over the fence, lolll.
I mean oh no, how unfortunate
When Jac wasn't out with Donny, he and his dad were taking full advantage of the weather.
Ok boys, I think we should have a safety conversation about fishing around swimmers though.. 0_o
And with the paycheck from his mother's recently solved high-profile case, Jac even got a cool new present to zip around on
Which made getting to all the good snorkeling spots a ton easier
This is for all you eagle-eyed, trusty-stomached readers who witnessed ol Sav throwing up and thought, hmmmm.....something is not right here. You were correct!
That's right, baby #3 is on the way !!
Hilariously, her bachelorette was already scheduled for that night and of course the show must go on !
So Sav donned her finest maternity ware and headed out to the local disco tech to celebrate her impending nuptials while pregnant with her third child out of wedlock...the sims everyone
Arguably, she was having a little too much fun...
And the hormones were making her at least a little crazy because not too soon into the night I had to pull her out of a huge argument with one of her friends, Cherry
It didn't take long for the night to get better though because of course Fran, Savvie's new bestie showed up to the club
The girls had a great time chatting, avoiding the paps and taking silly photos together.
Just a couple of besties :)
As Orien's birthday is rapidly approaching and with a new baby coming, Zeb thought it best to spend some valuable time teaching his son his life skills
Although it seems like Jac would also benefit from a lesson

And somehow with all the crazy schedules, we managed to get a cute photo with every member of the family in it !

That night, after everyone was asleep, Sav went into labor
Zeb got woken up by all the screaming and could not seem to care less lmao, cool as a cucumber
And after some huffing and pushing and a whole lot of sparkles,
Silas Stele is born
He has the traits Good and Heavy Sleeper
Life goes fast in sims world and the very next day it was time for Orien's birthday.
Naturally it was also leisure day so obviously we had to throw a pool party for all the Stele's closest acquaintences
The resort pool, like most places in Hidden Springs, had killer views and great amenities. Everyone had an amazing afternoon, so much so that it dipped into evening and everyone was still out swimming
There was some **glitching** lmao so it took a while to actually blow out the candles and everyone was starving and exhausted but eventually...
Orien joined the rest of the walking and talking sims no longer in toddlerhood
And here he is all madeover in child form.
He got the evil trait !! Oh I do love my evil simmies >:)
The cost of a great party is some soldiers left behind. And by soldiers left behind, I mean Zeb passed out on the side of the road lollll
With the boys aging up, the bedroom got a little makeover, moneys still tight but we had enough to jazz things up a little and give them both beds at least
Oh yeah and we have this creeper now. Ever since Sav and Fran had been hanging out, Sav had accidentally been climbing the social ladder and now had paparazzi stalking the house at night to take pictures of her. Ah, the demands of fame
Speaking of ms. fran, the girls latest adventure took them down to the Fall Festival to enjoy all of the fun festive activities
First up was the hotdog eating contest which they were very committed to LOL
Sav totally demolished her hahahha
And of course they had to take a cute pic to document their time at the festival
It was the perfect day with the perfect friend, Sav thought, even if they were always surrounded by fans. She couldn't believe how lucky she was to know someone like Fran who just got her completely
And at that particular moment, Fran chose to tell her something. Something that had been a long time coming but she just couldn't keep secret anymore.
She liked Sav as more than a friend and she always had
Sav didn't know what to say. They both had partners and families at home, both had babies to take care of. Suddenly Zebulon came to mind and Sav felt incredibly guilty. She loved Zebulon, she knew she did, but they'd been spending so much time apart and...
Overwhelmed, Sav had no response so she just stayed quiet and left
Ok! Awkwardly jumping to a much happier sentiment as we now have two kiddos on the bus !!
The boys were quickly making friends at school, even getting invited over to the Meth household one day after school.
Hey they didn't choose the meth life, their evil sims overlord chose it for them lol
Ok maybe I should just say Jac is making friends as Orien never hangs out long enough to get to know anyone
He's quite the rebel loner and is constantly causing havoc around the house and then promptly getting told off by Zebulon, the ever-present father (even if not the ever-present husband lol)
And as all evil children do, he'd recently gotten into hacking and forum trolling, activities which he really never gets tired of
Before long, it's Silas' birthday and for now, the last baby of Gen 2 to ever be a baby hehe
I for one am really really hoping for some of Zeb's coloring because so far Sav's genes are unmatched !
With a lot of sparkles and cheering from his family, Silas aged up into toddlerhood
And SUCCESS on dad's genes :D

And he is such a lil cutie !! if not also a little demonic

Now without an infant at home and needing to distract herself from her own thoughts and personal life, Sav turned to her career as she always had in the past
Stalking really calmed her down in these trying times
But, as always, there was only so long she could hide from her life. In a couple of days, it was time for Jac's birthday at the karaoke spot in town. The invitations had been sent out in advance and there was no canceling now
The gang was having a great time booing each other doing karaoke
And soon it was time for Jac to blow out his candles
By now you guys know the drill, sparkles, cheering, all the good things in sims life
EEEEEEEE he's so prettyyyyyyyy
Also he got the Loves swimming trait yay !
The rest of the party went off without a hitch. Francisca actually showed up which should've been uncomfortable but it wasn't awkward in the slightest.
The girls didn't spend much time talking but they gave some killer karaoke duets and drank the night away together
And where was the birthday boy you ask?
Well it looks like he too was entertaining a special visitor, a newly aged up and madeover Donny. Remember him, Jac's childhood best friend?
Well the two are still as close as ever obviously and spent the rest of the night in the bathroom (unsure why that was the chosen place to talk lmao) whiling away the time together just talking and joking around until they finally had to run home for curfew

Intermission cuz we gotta talk. I love the cats, you love the cats, the sims love the cats but...
THEY'RE DESTROYING THE HOUSE
I cannot keep up with the cost of restoring furniture lmaoooo pls send help
Speaking of possible property damage, like any teen, Jac desperately wanted to learn how to drive
Zeb being the super-involved dad that he is immediately took the teen out for a very very slow spin teaching him all the secrets and mysteries of sims driving laws
And pretty soon, Jac could drive himself to all kinds of cool snorkeling spots around Hidden Springs.
He also started rolling wants to get his own car but uh lol we are not exactly flush with cash currently so the shared family car will have to do, Jaccie
All of this snorkeling was not without reward as soon enough, Jac had worked his way up to being able to dive at the first diving spot !
lol completely ignore the fact that he's floating in midair, all the dive spots I've placed in this world are a little wonky, but they work well enough XD
Being under the water, Jac felt truly alive for the first time, he was surrounded by beautiful marine and plant life
He spent hours down there, picking up every shell and catching every fish he could find
He tried to go in the cave but it glitched out, teleporting him to shore. All things considered though and how glitchy the dive spots could be, I say success !
That afternoon, Jac invited Donny out to the local movie theatre
Well, at least he tried but they got there too late so they ended up just hanging out together outside of the theater for a while, just chatting and joking around like two peas in a pod
That is, until Donny surprised everyone, me included, and pulled out these flowers which Jac was ECSTATIC about
Jac was nervous, maybe he was interpreting things wrong even as obvious as Donny had been. But as he looked at his best friend's face, he knew what he had to do
Spoiler alert, he hadn't been misinterpreting anything
Say it with me everyone, D'awwww
Jac wasted no time in asking Donny to be his boyfriend and also his prom date (? lol) and of course he said yes to both
Ahh, I really love these two they're so sweet together :)
Meanwhile, Sav was treating herself to a night out to get away from everyone
Well more like a few particular someones...
And with Sav spending most of her time alone, Zebulon often was as well.
At least when he wasn't taking care of Silas or the other boys.
Zebulon wasn't entirely sure why Sav had been so absent of late but he also knew that even when she was physically there, something had changed between them, something that might not be fixed so easily
Speaking of Silas, birthdays never stop in this household and soon it was time for our last little one to join childhood
As is Stele custom, we threw a hoppin party with all of their closest friends to mark the occasion
Hilariously, Jac is a huge fan of Francisca's so he ran up to get her autograph
And with his whole family looking on, admittedly some of them from behind a wall *snickers*...

And he gained the trait Daredevil !
ok I gave that an exclamation point but lowkey I have no idea what that trait even is lmao. Drop me a comment if you have any fun suggestions for his life path :)
With a little bit of money in the family coffers we finally started furnishing the rest of the office and the boys bedrooms got shuffled around with some makeovers to boot.
It's still a little cramped but Zeb and Sav are like half-employed at best in terms of simoleans so we're just poor this gen lol
I also may have made the questionable financial decision of hiring a maid but with this many busy sims packed in one house, things were staring to get messy.
Poor maid also got followed around by Zebulon who pointed out everything he was doing wrong hahaha
Back to Jac, clearly the star of this chapter mostly because he's the only teen currently
He has been collecting all kinds of fish and trinkets while diving
And the coolest catches reside in this aquarium now in his room :)
bad overlord bad overlord, ok I totally forgot about Orien's birthday so he ended up aging up in the bathroom with only half his family present
not to let myself off the hook too much but he's a loner anyways so I doubt he minded not having a party this time around lol

Since all the boys were growing up their relationship dynamics were changing.
For example, now that Silas was all child sized, he and Jac turned out to be the best of buds. Whenever they were at home, they could be found together.
Orien...not so much. He mostly hangs out by himself or does some solitary activity like reading while sitting with his brothers.
But you can bet he wouldn't be caught dead *gasp* socializing with them
That night, Sav went for a night out at her favorite disco tech with her bestie, Fran.
Off and on, off and on, lollll
They drank out in the cold to avoid the paparazzi,
but eventually they were juiced up enough and headed inside to shimmy all night long
It was early in the morning when the girls were about all partied out, Fran turned to leave but as Sav watched her go she knew she had to stop her
There was something she needed to say
But not in front of all these people! Gosh the life of a celebrity is so hard.
There's even a dude videotaping them!
They ran to the nearby shore, finally alone.
And before anything or anyone else could interrupt them, still running on juice and maybe not quite in her right mind, Sav kissed her.
It was a magical kiss like the ones you saw on tv but Sav had never experienced herself. She'd had good kisses, even excellent kisses but what she had with Fran sent lightning bolts through her body, completely electrified her and made her come alive
They sat down together, watching the sky as the sun rose above, realizing they'd truly spent all night out together. It was one of those nights - well mornings - that you never forget about. When you're sharing every part of your life with someone who just gets it and its like they already know everything about you.
Sav had never really felt like this about another sim before, not in this way.
And then she thought of Zebulon, sweet sweet Zeb, the father of her children. The only other sim who'd come close to this in her life, who she truly did love.
And before either of them could say another word to each other, just like she always had, Sav ran
